Booking Protocol

2. Confirmation: Sessions booked only after WhatsApp agreement.  

3. Cancellation: 

 48+ hours notice: Full refund 
24-48 hours: 50% refund  

 24 hours: No refund (except emergencies)

Please Note: It’s required for Muriel’s safety to send a photo of your ID card, Passport or drivers license. Without a WhatsApp profile picture it’s not possible to make an appointment.
